What are the forms of payment you are currently accepting?
We are currently accepting cash, credit/debit cards and checks.
How far in advanced should I book Yumila’s Weddings and Events?
We always encourage our customers to book early so that we can go through the process of choosing the perfect arrangements. Usually we like to schedule at least 3 to 6 months in advanced, but you may call us any time for our availability.
Will my flowers be fresh the day of the event?
We always take care of our flowers with cool temperatures. You are guaranteed the flowers to be 100% fresh the day of your event. We have special vans for delivering the arrangements, so that you may have the best quality flowers.
Do you use fresh or artificial flowers?
We mainly use fresh flowers but on request we may use artificial petals for runners. Although, more often than not we use fresh flowers.
Will you deliver my flowers and set my arrangements up at the church/venue?
With our delivery option, we will set up your arrangements at the locations of your event, we can set them up at more than one place.
Where are you located and which areas do you provide Service?
We are located at 320 West Passaic St. Rochelle Park, NJ 07662.
We provide services to New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania.
Do you make custom orders?
All of our orders are custom made. We always make sure that the customer agrees on the arrangement design.
How will I know what my arrangements will look like?
We always schedule appointments with our customers for free samples. We give our customers a sample of what their arrangements will look like and we allow the customer to make changes to their taste. We want our customers to know what they will be expecting from us.
I’m not sure of what I actually want. Will you be able to help me?
Sure we will. You have come to the right place. With many years of experience we have so many ideas that we can share with you. Our creativity is far beyond great, you will be delighted with your arrangements.
Do your require a deposit?
Yumila’s Weddings and Events requires a security non-refundable deposit to 5% to hold the wedding date. Balance is due 1 week prior to wedding/event date.
For the final payment what are the forms of payment you will accept?
We accept cash, credit card, money orders and certified bank checks for final payment. No personal checks.
To whom do I make the checks payable?
Please make checks/money orders payable to Yumila’s Wedding and Events.
When is the balance due?
The balance is due 1 week prior to the wedding/event date.
